My new friend,
Jules of Everyday Mommy and Everyday Design, is amazingly talented at many things, and you can see some of her work here on my blog. She's finished the design for it, and it looks wonderful! Thank you, Jules, for the fresh look - it helps keep blogging fun.

Hi, Kim!
Ha,ha! My blog used to have a different name, but because I got a really strange comment on it once and started feeling a little weird about it (not because of the name, by the way) I decided to change the address and name and not use my family's names or our town. Then I brainstormed a while and came up with that analogy while thinking back over my life, and it seemed to fit. I've suffered 3 miscarriages over the past several years, and during each one it seemed that the Lord just drew me closer to Him as I clung to what I knew of Him from His Word and spent much time in prayer.
And, the more obvious reason is that I really like iced tea. I drink gallons of it, but I've had to cut back on the "sweet" part and add Splenda rather than sugar with the new weight loss goals....
Thanks for stopping by!
Looks great! :)
She did a great job. Jules just finished mine, too. She is Superwoman, me thinks!
